CRM 2011 is a 64-bit only thus VPC is not available for CRM 2011; however, there is a Hyper-V coming that will be available shortly.

CRM 2011 picklist attribute can hold up to 400 entries of Option Set. In CRM 2011, you can now export data out of CRM in xml, edit and or add new records, and upload the file back into CRM. Newly added records in the file will be created in the CRM. However, there is a limit of 10,000 (10K) on the number of records that can be exported out of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. In Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 you can add new records in bulk into CRM using Import Data Wizard.
